The journey of creating
strategic infrastructure projects
Vietnam Infrastructure Development and Investment Corporation (VIDIFI) is one of the pioneering units in the field of investment, development and exploitation of transport infrastructure in Vietnam. With the mission of creating strategic infrastructure works, Vidifi has affirmed its firm position, making an important contribution to the socio -economic development and modernization of the country. Vidifi's formation and development journey is a story about vision, determination and constant innovation.

The stage of establishment and strategic mission

Vidifi Corporation was established under the Prime Minister's decision in 2007, with the goal of implementing the Hanoi - Hai Phong highway project - one of the arterial and breakthrough traffic routes in the national transport infrastructure development strategy.

The first modern expressway in Vietnam to be developed under the Build–Operate–Transfer (BOT) model, built to international standards and designed to meet stringent requirements for quality, safety, and operational efficiency. The project connects the Northern Key Economic Region, promoting economic growth and logistics development in Hanoi, Hung Yen, Hai Duong, and Hai Phong.
VIDIFI successfully mobilized substantial funding from both domestic and international financial institutions and implemented a Public–Private Partnership (PPP) model, together with modern management solutions, to ensure the project's schedule, quality, and overall effectiveness.
