VIDIFI coordinates with the People's Committee of Bat Trang commune and specialized agencies to accelerate the preparation of detailed planning for Bat Khoi - Bat Trang concentrated social housing project.
On the morning of July 15, 2026, Vietnam Infrastructure Development and Financial Investment Corporation (VIDIFI) coordinated with the People's Committee of Bat Trang commune and relevant agencies and units to attend a meeting to discuss, agree and remove difficulties and obstacles in the process of preparing the 1/500 scale detailed planning of the Bat Khoi - Bat Trang concentrated social housing area project.
The meeting was chaired by comrade Do Thanh Thuan - Member of the Party Standing Committee, Vice Chairman of Bat Trang Commune People's Committee. On the VIDIFI investor side, there was comrade Pham Viet Son - Deputy General Director of the Corporation and representatives of specialized departments attending. Also attending the meeting were representatives of local professional agencies, consulting units and related units.
Overview of the Project
The Bat Khoi - Bat Trang concentrated social housing project was approved by the Hanoi People's Committee for investment policy and assigned VIDIFI as the investor according to Decision No. 996/QD-UBND dated March 9, 2026. The project is implemented in Bat Trang commune with a scale of about 11 hectares, total expected investment of nearly 7,000 billion VND, population size of over 6,800 people.

At the meeting, delegates focused on exchanging and reviewing remaining contents in the process of detailed planning at 1/500 scale; clarifying issues related to land use planning, connecting technical infrastructure, social infrastructure as well as coordination mechanisms between management agencies, consulting units and investors to ensure the progress of completing documents according to regulations.

Representative of the investor, Mr. Pham Viet Son - Deputy General Director of VIDIFI and specialized units discussed with the People's Committee of Bat Trang commune and relevant agencies on the contents that need to continue to coordinate and unify in the process of completing planning documents; At the same time, he affirmed that VIDIFI will actively coordinate with local authorities, departments, branches and consulting units to remove difficulties and obstacles, speed up the preparation of detailed planning at 1/500 scale, creating a premise for project implementation as planned.
