At the meeting, the parties focused on exchanging, discussing and agreeing on two key contents. Accordingly, the parties agreed to select a consulting unit to prepare the detailed planning at scale 1/500 and the project's feasibility study report, as a basis for implementing the next investment preparation steps. At the same time, the investors and the consulting unit also agreed on the idea of ​​detailed planning at a scale of 1/500 (step 1), orienting the architectural space, landscape and organizing land use functions in a modern, synchronous and harmonious way with regional planning, meeting the requirements of social housing development.

During the exchange process, VIDIFI leaders asked consulting units to maximize their capacity and experience, urgently deploy work on schedule, and coordinate closely with investors to complete documents with high quality, meeting the requirements of state management agencies. The parties also agreed to strengthen the coordination mechanism and promptly handle difficulties and obstacles during the implementation process to shorten the time to implement subsequent procedures.

The meeting achieved high consensus between the parties on important contents of the project. This is an important implementation step, creating a premise to accelerate detailed planning, feasibility study report preparation and investment preparation procedures, contributing to realizing the goal of early implementation of the Bat Khoi - Bat Trang concentrated social housing project under the direction of the Hanoi People's Committee, meeting the need for social housing and promoting sustainable urban development in the capital.
