VIDIFI Announces the Decision on the Reappointment of the General Director
On November 4, 2025, at the headquarters of the Vietnam Infrastructure Development and Financial Investment Corporation (VIDIFI), a Conference was held to announce and present the Decision on the reappointment of Mr. Tran Anh Tu to the position of General Director of the Corporation. This important event not only marked a milestone in the development process of the Corporation but also affirmed the special attention of the Board of Management to the work of building a management team, towards sustainable development goals.
The Decision on the reappointment of Mr. Tran Anh Tu to the position of General Director was issued by the Corporation’s Board of Directors after receiving the approval of the Standing Committee of the Party Committee and the Board of Directors of the Vietnam Development Bank (VDB). Accordingly, Mr. Tran Anh Tu will continue to hold the position of General Director of the Corporation for a five-year term, effective from November 1, 2025.

Attending the Conference, from the Vietnam Development Bank were Mr. Le Van Hoan - Secretary of the Party Committee, Chairman of the Board of Directors, and Mr. Nguyen Chinh Tuan - Member of the Standing Committee of the Party Committee, Member of the Board of Directors. From VIDIFI Corporation were Mr. Nguyen Minh Tho - Chairman of the Board of Directors, who chaired the Conference, Mr. Tran Anh Tu - General Director, together with members of the Board of Management, leaders of the Divisions and member companies.
On behalf of the Corporation’s Board of Directors, Chairman of the Board of Directors Nguyen Minh Tho presented the Decision and delivered remarks, emphasizing the important significance of the event. Chairman Nguyen Minh Tho highly appreciated the efforts and contributions of Mr. Tran Anh Tu during his previous term, particularly his leadership in successfully completing the assigned tasks, contributing to: Improving the Corporation’s operational efficiency, reputation and position. Building a united and committed collective, with units providing support and coordinating effectively to overcome difficulties. Successfully completing key tasks such as the management, operation, maintenance and toll collection on the Hanoi – Hai Phong Expressway and National Highway No. 5. Implementing the application of technology and software in management and operations to improve management capacity and increase labor productivity.
Building on the achievements that have been attained, with absolute confidence in Mr. Tran Anh Tu’s leadership capacity, pioneering spirit, courage and intelligence. Chairman Nguyen Minh Tho expected General Director Tran Anh Tu over the next 05 years:
“In his capacity as the Corporation’s highest executive leader, Mr. Tran Anh Tu is expected to continue promoting a pioneering spirit and leading VIDIFI not only to maintain excellence in the management, maintenance and operation of transport infrastructure, but also to expand into and successfully pursue new investment areas. At the same time, he will work to build VIDIFI into a unified, professional and strong organization, making this new term a period of breakthrough development.”

In his remarks upon receiving the assignment, Mr. Tran Anh Tu expressed his sincere appreciation to the leaders of VDB, particularly Chairman of the Board of Directors Le Van Hoan; Chairman of VIDIFI’s Board of Directors Nguyen Minh Tho; the Corporation’s Board of Management; and all VIDIFI employees for their trust and support.
Mr. Tran Anh Tu affirmed his commitment to dedicating himself fully to his responsibilities, making the best use of his capabilities and experience, and continuously learning and improving in order to achieve the development objectives set by the Corporation.
He also expressed his hope for continued support and cooperation from colleagues in building VIDIFI into a united, strong and steadily developing organization.
The ceremony concluded in a joyful and enthusiastic atmosphere, opening a promising new chapter in the development journey of VIDIFI.
